Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand,

and, on the other hand, any person wishing to make a reservation for a course service (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") through the website "NAME," exclusively owned by NAME.

Article 1 - Purpose

Governed by Article L. 441-6 of the Commercial Code and in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, these Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of any service presented on the site by Univers Cours et Langues. They aim to define the reciprocal obligations of the parties and the different steps of the order process.

By simply validating their order on the site, the Client declares to have read, understood, and accepted without reservation the terms of said order as well as the entirety of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These terms may be subject to modifications. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of placing the contract.

Article 2 - Legal Capacity

Clients declare that they are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a contract.

Article 3 - Geographic Areas

The services are offered only in Europe. Reservations outside these geographic areas cannot be accepted.

Article 4 - Prices of Services for Sale

The prices indicated on the site NAME are in euros, including all taxes (TTC). VAT is applied at the rate in force in mainland France at the time of the order. The selling prices of the products may be changed at any time by NAME. Any rate change would be immediately applied to the current order.

Article 5 - Services

Univers Cours et Langues strives to describe the services offered for sale as accurately as possible. The Client has the opportunity, prior to placing an order, to read, on the website, the essential characteristics of the services they intend to book. However, if errors occur in this presentation, Univers Cours et Langues cannot be held liable.

Article 6 - Reservations

Once the Client definitively validates their order "reservation" by clicking on "Validate your payment," it is established that they accept knowingly the content and conditions of the concerned Order and especially these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, quantities, descriptions, characteristics of the services ordered by the Client on the Site.

Univers Cours et Langues will acknowledge receipt of this order by sending an email to the Client who placed the order. Univers Cours et Langues reserves the right to cancel or put on hold the execution of a Reservation, regardless of its nature and the stage of its execution, in case of an inability to debit the Client's bank account for their order or any amount due by this client or if a payment incident occurs, or in case of fraud and attempted fraud related to the use of the Website, including during previous orders. Finally, if the email address provided by the Client during registration is incorrect, and if the Client did not receive the Order Confirmation email sent systematically by Univers Cours et Langues, the responsibility of Univers Cours et Langues cannot be engaged. The sale will then be considered final unless Univers Cours et Langues deliberately decides to cancel it. However, the Client may exercise their right of withdrawal within 15 days following the day of the order.

Article 7 - Payments

The Client may pay by credit card directly on the site, with a Visa, Eurocard, or Mastercard. Payment methods such as bank transfer and cash on delivery are not accepted.

The invoice amount will be debited from the client's account on the payment date.

Article 9 - Confidentiality

This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase on the site.

Article 10 - Responsibilities

Univers Cours et Langues cannot be held liable for any events, inconveniences, or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute that has not been resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or to the jurisdiction of the client’s place of residence, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or third-party claims, even for emergency or protective proceedings in summary or by petition.

Article 17 - Modification of the Terms and Conditions

Univers Cours et Langues reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. If the new Terms and Conditions of Sale are not suitable for a Client, the latter must terminate their subscription by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt before the entry into force of the new provisions following the modalities provided in the Article "right of withdrawal" of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The refusal of the new Terms and Conditions of Sale must be explicit; without explicit manifestation of will before the entry into force of the new provisions, the Client will be deemed to have accepted the modifications.
